2. Services

BV Studios is a social media marketing agency and content creation studio that provides creative services including (but not limited to) content creation, video production, photography, digital marketing, social media strategy, and studio bookings.

Service details, deliverables, and pricing are outlined in individual project agreements or invoices provided to the client.

3. Amendments & Revisions

BV Studios provides two (2) rounds of revisions for all creative deliverables unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

• Additional revisions beyond the included two rounds will incur extra fees.

• Revision fees vary depending on the scope and complexity of the requested changes.

4. Payments

• Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in your invoice or contract.

• Deposits, when required, are non-refundable.

• Late payments may result in delays or withholding of final deliverables.

• BV Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of non-payment.

5. Studio Bookings

When booking the BV Studios facilities:

• Clients must follow all studio rules and guidelines.

• Overtime fees apply for exceeding the allocated booking time.

• Clients are responsible for any damage caused to equipment or studio property during their booking.

6. Use of Deliverables

Unless agreed otherwise in writing:

• BV Studios retains ownership of all raw footage, project files, and working materials.

• The client receives usage rights to the final approved deliverables for the agreed-upon platforms and purposes.

• Redistribution, resale, or repurposing of deliverables beyond the original scope may require additional licensing fees.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing all required materials, brand assets, and information on time.

• Ensuring permissions, releases, and licenses for any third-party content they provide.

• Reviewing and approving deliverables within reasonable timelines.

Delays caused by the client may extend the overall project timeline.

8. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Project timelines begin once all required materials and payments are received.

• Studio bookings or shoots canceled within 48 hours may result in cancellation fees.

9. Intellectual Property

All concepts, creative ideas, drafts, and early versions remain the property of BV Studios unless explicitly transferred by contract.

BV Studios reserves the right to showcase final approved work in its portfolio, website, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website in a way that disrupts its functionality.

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

• Use BV Studios materials for illegal or harmful purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

BV Studios is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Client losses resulting from delays caused by factors outside our control.

• Issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

12. External Links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. BV Studios is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate projects or deny service if a client violates these Terms or engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior.
